This Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil was extracted by applying Single Cold Press technique.
Single Cold Press will allow us to extract the “Olive Juice” without altering the chemical structure of the olive oil.
The Juice extracted from our extra virgin olives is rich in Phenolic Compounds that are essential for Human Health.
The antioxidant, anti-proliferative, pro-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory activities of “Phenolic Compounds” have preventive effects against chronic diseases, for instance diabetes, cancers and cardiovascular diseases, through the management of oxidative stress.
